Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press one tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
