  • 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then gently fold in crab meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, chopped basil, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Layer your baking dish starting with Alfredo sauce on the bottom, followed by lasagna noodles, half of the seafood mixture, half of the ricotta mixture, repeating until all ingredients are used up. Finish with noodles topped with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
