  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  4. In another bowl, whisk milk with half of the cheddar cheese; stir in macaroni until coated.
  5. Layer half of the meat mixture in the baking dish, followed by half of the macaroni mixture. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
