  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into squares (3 inches wide).
  3. Place a few pepperoni slices and a generous amount of mozzarella in the center of each square. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  4. Fold each square over the filling, pinch the edges tightly to seal, and roll into balls. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
