  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Greens: Rinse mixed greens under cold water, dry thoroughly, and place in a large serving bowl.
  2. Chop the Fruits: Core and slice the red apple into thin wedges or cubes. Add the apple slices and pomegranate seeds to the greens.
  3. Toast the Walnuts: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before adding to the salad.
