Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh skinless salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (if frying)

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour (seasoned with salt and pepper), beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each salmon cube in flour, dip in egg, then roll in panko until fully covered.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Fry salmon bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden; alternatively, bake for 12-15 minutes.
