  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; scramble in another skillet until just set.
  4. Combine cooked sausage and scrambled eggs in a large bowl; stir in shredded cheddar.
  5. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4×4-inch squares.
