  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for cheesecake filling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for cheesecake filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and stir in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the cookie dough.
  5. For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
