  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar; mix until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in diced apples gently and pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing and drizzling with caramel sauce.
