  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, add minced garlic, and sauté for about one minute. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir well.
  5. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and dried herbs until melted and creamy; simmer gently for about five minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet or place it in the baking dish, pouring the sauce over top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
