  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar until melted.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each rectangle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
