  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Allow the chicken to rest before slicing it into thin strips.
  4. Wash and chop the vegetables while the chicken rests.
  5. Lay out each tortilla and fill with sliced chicken, vegetables, and herbs.
  6. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if desired. Serve drizzled with extra sweet chili sauce.
