  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs with salt and pepper. In another skillet, melt butter over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Slice each slider bun in half and layer cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese on the bottom half.
  5. Place the top halves on and brush with melted butter. Bake covered with foil for 10-15 minutes until heated through, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
